Vivian He is the Corporate Controller at SDG and manages the daily operations of accounting, financial reporting, and budget analysis for all the Signature entities. She also works with our internal team members to ensure that our projects are built to fit with our budget and schedule.
Vivian has more than 10 years of real estate experience working on new construction developments, property management and general corporate accounting. Prior to working at SDG, Vivian was the Senior Asset Manager at Citizens Housing Corporation, where she managed a property portfolio of more than 2,600 affordable rental units and 20,000 square feet of commercial space and worked with various governmental agencies and their financing programs. She specializes in projects involving Low Income Tax Credit and a variety of other financing programs, such as CalHFA financing, HCD MHP, MHSA, HUD 202 and Section 8.
Vivian attended Jinan University in China for her BA degree in British and American Literature and holds an MBA from San Francisco State University.
