As a project manager at Signature Development Group, Nick assists with entitlements, financial analysis, due diligence, site planning, design, and marketing for various projects. Prior to joining SDG, Nick worked in various roles at UCLA, most recently in marketing, where he was responsible for project management and strategy related to key fundraising and admission events. Before that, he worked in UCLA’s external affairs division, where he managed the rollout of an internal employee communications tool and designed interview templates to guide hiring managers through the employee recruitment process. Nick holds a BA in Economics from UCLA, where as an undergraduate, he founded Funnel, an organization that provides pro bono management and marketing advisory services to nonprofits. Through Funnel, he continues to enjoy volunteering his time to help nonprofits streamline their business operations and more effectively tell their stories.
