Jeanny Yee brings more than a decade of experience to her role as Development Controller. She manages all aspects of accounting and finance related to development projects. Currently, Jeanny is managing several developments valued at more than $165 million, including a high-profile waterfront development and a mixed-used development in Temescal.
Before joining the team at SDG, Jeanny worked as Development Accounting Manager for Bridge Housing Corporation where she managed more than 30 projects valued at over $350 million. She previously worked as Controller for the Citizens Housing Corporation where she managed development and corporate accounting, including more than 10 Affordable Housing tax credit projects throughout California with total project costs at $300 million.
Jeanny holds a BS in Accounting from San Francisco State University. She is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese.
