Building high-quality communities that enable people to thrive has been Faye’s passion ever since she started her real estate career at Habitat for Humanity in New York City.
Faye is a real estate professional who has worked on mainly mixed-use developments in urban, infill environments in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her areas of expertise include acquisition, entitlements, design team management, structuring financing, financial modeling, and construction management. Faye has experience in both affordable and market-rate housing development. For one year, Faye also worked in portfolio management for a single-family home REIT, which gave her the opportunity to diversify her skill set. In her role at SDG, she helps to manage all aspects of the Brooklyn Basin project, a 3,100-unit master-planned community located in Oakland. Prior to joining SDG, Faye worked at Fivepoint Communities, where she worked on vertical developments within the larger San Francisco Shipyard/Candlestick master-planned development.
Faye received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
