Bob Habit began his career in construction over 30 years ago. As Signature Development Group’s Construction Manager, Bob oversees all aspects of on-site and off-site construction, from start to finish, and moving projects forward with the utmost expertise and experience. Bob is the primary contract for engineers, city officials, civil engineers, environmental and remediation in conjunction with our projects.
Bob currently manages the general contractor at SDG’s current hotel, park and apartment projects plus our large Brooklyn Basin development. Prior to joining Signature Development Group, Bob oversaw various aspects of construction for Signature Properties for 17 years. He worked on more than 20 projects with value in excess of $500 million.
Bob lives in San Joaquin Valley with his wife and has two grown sons, both of whom now work in construction.
