Elisse Douglass is passionate about finding innovative ways of using real estate to positively impact her local community of Oakland. As Project Manager at SDG, she focuses on acquisitions, entitlements and development, leading project management, investment analysis, due diligence, feasibility, site planning, and the sales and marketing processes for various projects.
Prior to working at SDG, Elisse was an Assistant Vice President at SARES Regis of Northern California where she led the development of over 1 million square feet of development projects in the Bay Area. Prior to moving to California in 2014, Elisse was a Director at IMB Development Corporation, a private equity firm investing in minority-owned businesses that generate economic growth in urban communities. She began her career in New York City at The Turett Collaborative, an architecture and real estate development firm focused on “jewel box” residential, retail and office projects in Lower Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Elisse holds an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and a BA in Architecture from Columbia University. She currently serves on the board of Above the Bottom Line, a national corporate social responsibility platform, and is an active volunteer in many organizations within her Oakland community.
